Position Summary

Provides support to one or more departments by performing administrative and clerical duties.


Primary/Essential Responsibilities and Duties


  • Handles routine requests for information
  • Creates, updates and maintains files and mailing lists
  • Filing QC Paperwork in paper and on the computer drive
  • Prepare weekly reports of documentation
  • Support the testing team with administrative tasks as required
  • Prepares correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Compiles and maintains records of business transactions
  • Receives, date stamps and distributes incoming mails


General/Other Responsibilities and Duties


  • Handles photocopying, scanning and faxing
  • Performs other tasks as needed/requested
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Required Skills and Qualifications


  • High school diploma
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years administrative/clerical experience in a busy office
  • Experience with standard office administrative practices and procedures and clerical duties
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and telephone/customer service skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and to meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle schedules/calendars and travel arrangements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite



Physical Requirements and Working Conditions


  • Works in an office environment
  • Frequently sits for long periods of time
  • Frequently speaks, reads, writes and uses a computer keyboard
  • May require occasional standing, walking, lifting, stooping, or bending
