Pay Range: $60000 - $65000 / year

 

Position Summary
The Office Administrator ensures that all administrative operations run smoothly, efficiently, and according to company policies and procedures. This position will focus on hiring craft employees, assisting in Document Control, and reviewing AP & AR on the job level.

 

Primary/Essential Responsibilities and Duties
•    Complete On-Boarding Process for new hires
•    Assist in ensuring Accounts Payable is current
•    Take lead in Document Control in AutoDesk and Procore

•    Assist in transmission of Documents

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
•    Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
•    A minimum of 2 to 3 years accounts receivable and collections experience
•    Familiarity with Project Management software such as Procore/Autodesk
•    Strong research and resolution skills
•    Strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
•    Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and accounting software

 

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
•    Works in an office environment
•    Frequently sits for long periods of time
•    Frequently speaks, reads, writes and uses a computer keyboard
•    May require occasional standing, walking, lifting, stooping, or bending
