Compensation

$60000 - $70000 / year

Position Summary

The Scheduling Coordinator supports RailWorks’ project scheduling efforts, assisting project managers and schedulers in maintaining accurate and efficient project timelines.

Primary/Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist in creating, updating, and tracking project schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to gather progress updates.
  • Maintain schedule documentation and provide regular reporting.
  • Support project managers in identifying delays or conflicts and recommending adjustments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in project scheduling or coordination.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Primarily office-based with occasional site visits.
  • Desk, computer, and meeting work.
  • Minimal physical demands beyond standard office activity.
