Pay Range: $75000 - $95000 / year
Position Summary
Seeking a highly productive Sales Leads Analyst to vet sales leads, assign them to correct Sales director and/or estimator for bidding. Excellent benefits, laptop, cell phone, base salary and annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
The Sales Leads Analyst a professional sales support opportunity with growth potential at the leading Rail Contracting Company in North America. This position supports the sales team’s growth initiatives through opportunity vetting and data analysis. The Sales Leads Analyst is required to manage all data in CRM, monitor industry centric web sites and Lead manager reports. In addition, this position is responsible for monitoring Government (DOT & DOD) sites for rail construction and maintenance jobs.
The Sales Leads Analyst requires self-direction and motivation with a high level of interpersonal/communication skills.
Primary/Essential Responsibilities and Duties
• Estimated 15% travel.
• Professional attitude, appearance and conduct.
• Partner with client’s key personnel and internal customers as required to evaluate leads and funnel to the correct estimator.
• Organize and Lead weekly Sales opportunity meeting attended by SVP, VP, Sales Director and Area Managers.
• Organize and Lead weekly Estimator’s call providing information from CRM for team evaluation and updates.
• Serve as employee responsible of vetting opportunities and assigning to sales team for further exploration.
• Act as administrator for ZenDesk Sell (CRM software) for all company users
• Participate on strategic teams as tasked to support continuous improvement initiatives (…to drive revenue through development of new markets, new/improved services & better processes).
• Pre-Bid Job Walks – emphasizing safety first and throughout, effective understanding of scope is crucial to successful promotion of our services.
• Opportunity pipeline management including tracking, logging and sharing sales and service related data (i.e., project schedules, contact information, contact notes, tasks, etc.).
• Maintain organizational communication across departments/divisions as required to exceed client expectations.
• Complete weekly and monthly company sales leads reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Engineering, Construction Management, Sales, Marketing, Accounting or related degree and/or 5+ years of experience in industrial or rail centric related sales or estimating. (Rail related experience is ideal but not mandatory).
• Mechanical aptitude is required - industry specific mechanical experience is ideal. Knowledge of rail maintenance, construction or service beneficial.
• Competence in reading and interpreting industry related reports, documents, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in CRM applications/ databases.
• Ability to lift 60lbs.

• Must be able to meet access requirements for government, port or security related sites.
